It consists of showing interest by its actions, profits or problems; not only reason why it happens within the scope of the company, but also, reason why it can happen in its personal life.
For it we can ask and advise them to them on its personal problems, to support them in its personal goals or of development, for example, giving to time and permission so that they take studies to them, or to even finance part of these.

The specific goals increase the performance, and the difficult goals, when they are accepted, give like result a greater performance, than with the easy goals.
