To invest in real estate or real estate is an investment alternative that consists of buying a building as one marries, department, the commercial premises or land, and soon to sell it or renting it.
When investing in real estate one acquires a building to hope that its value soon increases and to sell it, to rent it immediately, to repair or to remodelar it and soon to sell it or to rent it, or to construct (in the case of having acquired a land) and soon to sell it or to rent it.
Investment in real estate is for many specialists one of good alternative of investment, because it allows one to acquire assets that hardly are depreciated, that probably increases its value and that, in some cases, can be rented to a good price.
In other words, the investment in real estate is considered like an investment of low risk, safe, and profitable.
Others of the advantages to invest in real estate are the few technical knowledge that are required at the time of investing, and the relative simplicity which it presents/displays the administration of the investments, unlike, for example, to invest in stock-market of values.
Nevertheless, unlike which many you think, to invest in real estate it is not a simple investment, because besides the necessity to count with a good capital to invest, one becomes necessary to count on knowledge and a good preparation that allow one to know, for example, to choose or the building, how to finance, and to make sure that the building will increase its value in the time or that will be able to rent it the year throughout.
In spite of being considered like a safe investment and of low risk, many people who have decided to invest in bines roots have suffered great losses, or by to have bought a building badly located, not to find later to that to rent it, or to have to make repairs or remodelings that in the end finished being the more expensive of the awaited thing.
Reason why before investing in real estate it is necessary to analyze or the property that thinks to buy, considering factors such as the location, the price, the state of the building, the necessity of repairs or remodelings, the maintenance that will be necessary, the taxes to pay, the credit necessary to buy the building and, mainly, the possibility that the building can be resold or can be rented to a price that justifies the inverted thing.
An alternative to the investment in real estate is the investment in investment funds that specialize in real estate (real estate investment funds), which invest in buildings located in different parts from the world and which they distribute the gains between the participants basic.
When investing in these investment funds, one has indirectly been investing in real estate, but for of diversified way, reducing therefore the risk and being able to obtain a good yield.
