How to present/display or to set out a business plan

We suppose the case that once elaborated our plan of business, has arrived the moment for presenting/displaying it or for exposing it to investors, moneylenders or potentials partners.
In order to have majors possibilities of convincing them that they invest with us, of that they grant the loan to us that we required, or of which they become our partners, first who we must do is to prepare a good presentation.
This presentation would have to be accompanied of audio-visual aid. The use of slides of Power Point could be a good alternative.
Another aid for our presentation, could be the physical presence of the product that we are going to create, as well as some of the elements related to this one like, for example, some of the advertizing elements.
Also, of being possible, he is recommendable to give a copy of our plan of business to each assistant.
We must consider that our presentation must be a summary of the most important points of our plan of business, reason why this one would not have to last more than 20 minutes. A greater exhibition of that time, could make lose the interest of the assistants.
Our oral presentation, does not have why to follow the same steps that we have developed in the written plan. A good oral presentation, could include the following points:
- The definition of the project: first that we must do in our presentation, it is to explain clearly in what our business or product consists, as well as to indicate which will be their main characteristics, standing out those innovating or differentiating characteristics.
- Study of market: in this point we must indicate which will be our public objective, which are their main characteristics, which is our prognosis of sales and which will be some of our main commercial strategies, emphasizing those that will allow us to make arrive our products at the consumers.
- Organization: in this point we must indicate who will be the ones in charge to carry out the project, what will be the structure of the business, which will be their areas, the positions, the functions, the information systems. In this point we must give the impression that our business will be a well organized professional business and.
- Investment of the project: in this point we must indicate which will be the investment required for our project, to how much it will promote our fixed investment, to how much our investment in intangible assets, to how much our capital of work, and then, to indicate with how much capital we arrange and which is the external financing that we required.
- Evaluation of the project: in this point we must elaborate a summary of the results of our financial evaluation. The recommendable thing is to make use of the indicators of Van and the Tir, which could be sufficient to determine the viability of the business.
- Conclusions: and, finally, in this point we must indicate the main conclusions that we will have arrived when elaborating the business plan. Between the conclusions we would have to include the reasons for which we have found our idea of business attractive, and the reasons for which the project is feasible and profitable.
When doing our oral presentation, we do not have to try to approach it everything, must remember that all the details already would have to be in the written plan, reason why in the oral presentation we would only have to stand out most important.
Also, we must remember that our main objective is the one to create interest by the project, reason why like in any exhibition, we must as much show security in we ourself as in our idea.
And, finally, one culminated our presentation, we must invite the assistants to that they do the questions to us that create advisable. If we know all the individuals our project, we must not have any problem in responding any restlessness.
