Analysis of the competition
Study of market that consists of collecting useful on our competitors, analyzing this information, and then, on the basis of this analysis, to make decisions that allow us to compete suitably with them, to block their strengths and to take advantage of their weaknesses.
Analysis of the demand
Study of market that consists of trying to know the tastes, preferences, behaviors of purchase (when they buy, why they buy, each how long buy) of the consumers who conform our objective market.
