To elaborate a plan of businesses for all business

He does not matter that our emprendimiento is great or small, for any business that we are going to undertake, we always must elaborate a plan of businesses previously.

The plan of businesses will allow us to know the viability and yield of the project, will serve to us as guide to implement and to administer the business, will allow us to plan objectives, resources and strategies; it will serve to us as guide to coordinate activities it will serve, us like reference instrument and evaluation, and, in case we want to accede on some credit or loan, will allow to demonstrate the attractiveness us of the project and of which we will be able to pay the debt opportunely.

Plan of businesses according to each necessity

In order to elaborate our plan of businesses, it is not necessary that we guide of books of 200 pages that teach like doing it, nor which we must contract a specialistic adviser in it, nor which we must design a plan of businesses of 100 pages.

The plan of businesses must be a concise summary of our idea of business, of how we are going to turn this idea into a business, and of how we are going to maintain the business by a certain time.

Also, to elaborate it a structure or defined format does not exist, but we must design it as we created advisable, according to our needs and objectives, or, for example, using it as guide of implementation and planning, knowing the viability or yield the business, or presenting/displaying it before third parties for the request of a credit.

To use structures already existing

When elaborating a plan of businesses, we must take our time and to investigate and to analyze well all the elements of study conform that it; but a form to save time is taking like reference plans from businesses or structures from already existing plans.

For it we can consult to enterprising friendly that before already have developed their plan of businesses, we can investigate in organisms oriented to the creation of businesses, libraries of universities, etc.

Not to doubt in requesting consultant's office

We do not have to assume that we know everything on the development of a plan of businesses, or to guide to us of Literature simply on the subject. Plans in the short term

Previously they were used to develop plans of long term business, for example, with a projection of 5 to 10 years, but nowadays, it no longer is recommendable, due to the varied and constant changes in the market (new needs, new preferences, new competitors, new economic scenes, etc.). A plan of long term businesses is quickly obsolete.

The recommendable thing nowadays is to elaborate plans of short business to or medium term, with projections of 1 to 3 years.
