Advice before initiating a business

We see next some advice or recommendations that we would have to take before creating or initiating an own business:
To investigate the market
Once defined our idea of business, that is to say, once already we know what business we want to create, we must realize a small investigation of markets that allows us to have one first idea of the feasibility of the idea.
For example, we can visit businesses similar to which we want to create, to make small surveys where we ask the survey ones if they would acquire our product or they would use our service. Or we could make small interviews to people who are or have been in the same type of business which we want to create, where we would request their opinion to them on our project.
To look for a differentiation
Nowadays, due to high the numbers of competitors, it is made necessary that when initiating a new business, this one tells on a differentiation, that is to say, that offers something that the competitors do not offer.
This differentiation must be something novel, something that allows us to distinguish to us of the others, and is the reason by which they choose us to the consumers instead of the competition, and by which they return to consume our products or they return to visit to us.
For example, our differentiation can be in offering an excellent attention, offering an extra service, offering a customized treatment, to offer an extra benefit in the product, etc.
To invest with equity capital
When initiating a new business is recommendable that all the investment is conformed by equity capital, and more ahead when the business begins to grow, just to already begin to more quickly ask for loans (that helps us to continue growing, but).
A business is not recommendable when initiating, mainly when we did not count on much experience, of being made so soon of debts.
If we did not count on sufficient equity capital, an option can be to solicit loans to relatives or friendly, but always assuring to us that the given amount is not excessive and that, once obtained the money, we are not going away to feel so pressed to have to give back it in a date limit.
Not to invest all the money
When creating a new business, by more measuring than is taken, always will exist the risk of which the things do not happen like the glided thing.
Reason why he is recommendable that when investing in the creation of a new business, never we invest the total of our money or our savings. We always must conserve a considerable part of the total of our money in case the things are not since we had anticipated.
Not to doubt in requesting aid
When initiating a new business, we do not have to suppose that we know everything, will always be some subject that we do not dominate or problem that appears, and in which we will need the aid or advice anybody.
We do not have to feel pain when asking aid, because nobody knows everything, and one always will be needed the aid the others.
We must take advantage of our well-known friendly or that know more or have more experience than we in some subject, and request its aid or advice to them when it is necessary.
And, of being necessary, we can choose to contract services of consultant's office, helps that us in the creation of our business, or before any problem that appears.
