Requirements to mount a business in house

Before making the decision to mount a business in house, we must make sure that we counted on all the requirements necessary (or, at least, on several of them) to be able to manage this type of business efficiently.
In order to know which are requisite sayings, and to know if we had them, we must let the following questions us:
- story with the space sufficient to be able to install an office or the premises in house, and to be able to work comfortably?
- story with a space necessary to take care of my clients in case it is part of the business?
- the space destined to the business and where I will happen most of the time, will be free of noises and other distractions?
- story with the privacy necessary to dedicate to me entirely to the business, without other members of the family are interrupting to me constantly?
- story with the equipment, tools, materials or equipment necessary to carry out the business, such as computer, fax, printer, telephone, etc.?
- story with the necessary water connections, light, telephone, Internet, etc., to make work the business?
- story with advertizing means necessary to be able to promote the business, such as personal cards, catalogs, pamphlets, page Web, etc.?
- the location of my home, requires of some license of operation for the type of business that I am going to mount?
- I am arranged to treat my business in house, like which really it is, that is to say, a business, and of not taking it like a hobbie, or an activity where simply I am going to see if it goes to me well?
- I will be able to handle the isolation to which I am going to be put under?
- I will be able to handle the fact to have to spend almost all the day locked up in house?
- I will be able to handle the fact that I am not going to physically interact nor to know other people?
- the rest of my family will accept my decision to mount the business?
- I am arranged to bear the business and my family, when this one does not respect my schedules, and interrupts to me constantly?
- I am arranged to bear the pressures that can have on the part of my family, which they can not take my business like something serious, and they press to me so that it works abroad?
- story with the discipline necessary to impose to me and to fulfill my own schedules?
- story with the motivation necessary to establish and to fulfill my own objectives?
- story with the determination necessary to remove ahead the business, where most probable is than it does not count on much aid of other people?
- story with the patience necessary to bear the business, where most probable is than it does not see utilities during the first months of operation?
- count with the money sufficient economically to maintain the first months to me in which there are not gains?
