Many forms exist to expand or to let grow a business, for example, we can do it through the opening of the new premises, create new channels or points of sale, direct our products to new segments of market, take the decision to export, etc.
But the problem arises when there has been no a suitable planning, and suddenly the industralist is without the resources or the capacity necessary to sustain this growth.
For example, suddenly no longer he counts on the financing necessary to acquire the asked for merchandize, does not count on the productive capacity to take care of the new demand, does not occur supply to take care of the new clients, does not count on the knowledge or the experience necessary to do against the new requirements, etc.
Reason why before making the decision to expand or to let grow a business, it is necessary to carry out a good planning that, among other things, allows us to know if we counted on the resources and the capacity necessary to maintain this growth.
