Plan of businesses (Part 5):

After the technical study, the following part or section of a plan of businesses is the organization, who describes how she will be the organization of the business, and how the different organic units will be related to each other they will conform that it.

The objective of the part of the organization is the one to show the reader who the business that will be realized will be an organized good business that will count on a good coordination between its different areas.

The part of the organization would have to contain the following elements:

Legal structure

In this point we indicated the structure or forms the future legal of business, if it will be constituted under the form of natural or legal person, if it will be an individual company or a society.

Also, we must indicate the type of company under which the business will be constituted, if it will be a Company Individual de Limited Responsabilidad, if it will be a Collective Society, a Joint-stock company, etc.

Organic structure

In this point we make a description of the organic structure of the business, that is to say, a description of how the areas will be divided or had the business, and how the activities will be coordinated that are realized in these.

For it we must indicate which will be type of organization (functional, by product, matrix, etc.), the areas, departments or to organic units that the business will have, and the hierarchic relations that will occur among them.

The recommendable thing in this point is to represent all this through the elaboration of an organizational chart.

Positions and functions

In this point we indicated to the positions or positions that will conform each area, department or organic unit of the business, as well as the functions general that each will have.

In this point we can also indicate to the specific functions or tasks of each position, as well as its obligations and responsibilities.

Requirement of personnel

In this point we indicated the personnel required for each position; for it we can make a picture of assignment of personnel, where we indicate the positions required, the number of vacancies, and the profile required for each position.

In the required profile we can indicate which will be the experience, knowledge, abilities and skills that a person must have for being able to postulate to the required position.

Expenses of personnel

In this point we indicated grounds, wages and benefits that will be assigned to each job.

In this point also we must make a picture with the projection of the total of the expenses that will be incurred the personnel, for the period of time in which the plan of businesses is projected.

Information systems

In this point we described the information systems whereupon it will count the business, that is to say, we described the head-end processes, storage, processing and exit of information that will be used.

We must to indicate how the information will be registered (for example, the purchases, the data of the client, etc.), who will be the ones in charge to register this information, where it will be stored, will process and organize, and how it will be offered when it is required (for example, through information, reports, etc.).

Profile of the directive equipment

In the part of the organization, we can also include the description of the work party with that already we counted to start up and to direct the business; mainly, if the main objective of our plan of business is the one to present/display it to potential investors.

We can indicate to the professional trajectory each one of the members of the equipment, their experience in the realized type of business, its projects, their obtained profits, the knowledge, abilities and skills that will contribute to the business, etc.

We can also include the curricula of them in documents Annexes of the plan.
