How to cause that the client buys when visits our business

The reasons for which a person who visits the premises of a business, is not decided to buy any of offered products, can be several. Perhaps it has not found what it was looking for, perhaps has not liked any of offered products, perhaps it has received a bad attention, perhaps or simply it has only entered the business to observe products for sale.
But independent of which it is the reason for which this person is not decided to buy, our objective is to obtain the opposite indeed. And to have majors possibilities of obtaining it, recommended to them to follow the following process made up of 7 steps:
1. To greet the client
The first step that we must follow so that a client who visits our business is decided to buy to us, is to greet it.
We must greet it far better as soon as it enters our premises or it tends, and, if the greeting goes accompanied by a smile.

We have greeted once it, we must follow it, that is to say, be kind to which it does.
For it we could need to approach a little to us towards him, but always trying not to approach to us too much, so that this one cannot be felt pressed discomfort or.
3. To maintain one distances prudent
We have followed once it, we must maintain a distance prudent that it allows us to observe it, and to be near him in case asks for our aid.
4. To decipher the nonverbal language
When observing the client, we must try to decipher its nonverbal language, for example, we must try to decipher if its time wants to take itself to observe or products, or if it could need our aid.
5. To approach the client
Although the client has not asked for our aid, if we noticed that this one could need it, we must take the initiative and approach us him, and ask to him we can help if it in something.

6. To be its adviser and to advise it
Once we are in contact with the enemy with the client, we must advise it and advise it.
It means to respond all the consultations that can do to us (for it we must be or informed on our product), and to recommend the products to him that could need (but always being sincere, and recommending only products to him that really it looks for or it needs).
7. To sell and to thank to him to him
And, finally, we must try to sell the product to him, for it we could need to induce it or to invite it by the purchase subtly.
And once this one is decided by the purchase, we never must forget to say “thanks to him”.
